This form is to claim for bags which you have already told us are missing.
If you haven't already told us that your baggage is missing then please see our lost baggage page for more information
This form is to be used to upload and send us your additional expenses, receipts and supporting documents if you have previously contacted us using our baggage claim form and we have issue you with a case number. If you have not yet received your case number and have completed the baggage claim form more than 48 hours ago, then please contact us.
